Generally a poor evaluator of performances (I'm too easy to please and
find it hard to fault performances), I'll leave it to other to name their
favorites except the one I heard first, which I suspect may otherwise be
overlooked.  It's Klemperer's with the Vienna Symphony which came out on lp
in the early 50s and has been reissued on CD, but I can't find the label
now.
