 [No, they are not.  In any case, even if they were, HNH is a distributor
 (similar to Qualiton, Allegro, etc.) of CPO (or at least was).  It's
 all very confusing, but the bottom line is that CPO does not have a web
 site, which I consider to be extremely stupid for a any company selling
 specialized product to a small, geographically diverse market.  (Before
 someone else mentions it: www.cpo.de does exist, but it's redirected to
 the JPC (a retailer) website mentioned earlier in the thread, so perhaps
 there's hope that sometime in the future they will get online.  -Dave]
