I heard this work at the last day of opening week at philharmonic hall
(now avery fisher hall) in NYC in 1962 played by the duopianists Gold &
Fizdale.  forty yrs have dimmed my memory some but I do remeber that the
music made an impact on me and I don't believe I have heard it since.

Does anyone else remember Gold & Fizdale
