I would highly recommend the version with Christopher Hogwood and the
Academy of Ancient Music (LOiseau 411833). Beautiful recording of this
symphony.  Highly recommended.

Is there any hope that Hogwood and the AAM will ever finish the Complete
Haydn Symphony cycle?
