I think the following are the three "greatest" works, only because they
profoundly changed music history, although I don't think we can limit it
to 3:

Mozart: Symphony in C Major No. 41, "Jupiter", K, 441
Wagner: Prelude and Libestod from "Tristan und Isolde"
Stravinsky: La Sacre du Printemps
