The Naxos recording of 1 and 2 featuring Ilya Kaler is excellent:

He has some other first-rate recordings on Naxos; that of the six
unaccompanied Ysaye sonatas is particularly recommended, although
I wouldn't recommend listening to all six in one go as the medium
is austere and "difficult".

(I cannot comment on 3-6, not being familiar with them).
