Well, Charles, I suppose they assume, as I do, that here, there is a vast
majority of skilled beekeepers. If that would not be true, then yes ...


What I was trying to ascertain,  was the evaluation process.  Right now here
in the US a huge part of us getting a handle on the real issue is beekeeper
evaluation.  Everyone wants to blame pesticides....  Heck here they don't
even want to hear about mites.

We are having huge winter losses,  but when you get down to the truth,  a
big portion of that is beginner beekeepers who don't have a clue what mite
levels,  how much food, or how to prepare hives for the winter at all. 

Unfortunately that info is hard to evaluate. I take about 200 calls a year
from people who lost there hives,  and Literally most of them are beekeeper
issues.

Here this is fed onward by certain "surveys" that contact everyone and try
to average out the good and bad....  Not being a Mathematician,  I can't
argue that point,  but I did pass statistics,  and I can tell you that the
curve is defiantly skewed with the numbers of inexperienced beeks.
