 Hi Folks,

My name is Bill Morris. I am a Computer Operator at North Carolina State
University. I live in Franklin County in North Carolina. I have 1.4 acres
and
my land is bordered on one side by Moccasin Creek.

I used to keep four hives with European bees back when I first got out of
the Air Force in 1983. I would like to get back into beekeeping as a hobby
and also a supplemental income.

I know about the shortage of wild bees and also how hard hit the
commercial
and hobby beekeepers were by the mites, bad weather, etc...

I am looking for used equipment. I am also looking for any commercial
beekeepers or hobbyist that have some spare packages or nucs that they
can separate with. I know the market is pretty tight, but I also know that
some beekeepers, commercial ones especially, overorder to save shipping
cost and sometimes sell the overage to local hobbyist.

If any subscribers to the list are from the Franklin County or Triangle
area
in North Carolina, I would also like info on local groups and
organizations.

Thanks for you time and I hope I hope that someone can give a hand.
