I have had two responses asking 'what are sultanas?'.
Presumably these are known by another name in the US.

I would describe them as being like pale brown seedless raisins, rather
smaller than true raisins (although raisins do vary in size), but larger
than currants.  The flavour is less intense than that of raisins or
currants.  Presumably someone will now ask what currants are!

The dictionaries give:
sultana noun (sultanas)  a pale seedless raisin that is used in making
cakes, puddings, etc;
A kind of seedless raisin produced near Smyrna in Asiatic Turkey.
