As a small sampling, but easily replicated, our local survey in N. DE.
demonstrated above threshold of 2m spore counts were self-limiting.  Similar
reports of high spore counts lacking association with adverse clinical
effect are readily available. 

Most significant in all this is that treating with Fumagillin appears to be
an experience in squandered resources.
