I went through a pile of papers, articles & the archives this winter on 
Nosema.  I recall (maybe mistakenly) that besides being a waste of money, 
that treating healthy colonies with Fumagilin can actually be somewhat 
detrimental to them.  It unnecessarily upsets the balance of the gut.  When 
I resently mentioned this in a discussion, I was asked for references.  I 
looked back quickly this evening, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone 
else recall seeing or hearing this & can you point me in the right 
direction.
