In Deutsches Bienen Journal from january 1998

a interesting artikel from Dr. Irmgard Jung-Hoffmann about

EDWARD DRORY (1844-1904)

He designed (in 1874) a hive with side opening and frames

On the artikel there are only a few drawings, no explanations

Does anybody know more about that hive??

any Berin beekeeper, who want to go to the special library

in Naturkunde Museum in Berlin???

greeting, jan

grusse, jan
