Hello All,
I have been a loyal member of the American Beekeeping Federation for over 20
years. Saw many changes. Saw many different leaders. Organizations grow and
exciting things happen with certain leaders and simply go through the
motions with others.
The next president of the ABF is my friend of many years and fellow Midwest
commercial beekeeper Tim Tucker.
Tim was instrumental in getting joint meetings with the AHPA.
Tim has pushed for hosting Apimondia as did Dave Mendes when he was ABF
president.
On January 12 ,2013 at the ABF conference Dave and Tim are giving an hour
and half presentation on their plans to get the Apimondia hosted by the ABF
in the U.S.
"Apimondia : Can we bring it to the U.S.?"
