REPLY:
You may be mistaken here, there is a correlation
between body color and the rate of heat absorbtion.  
 
"Body color contributes to body temperature and the
rate
of warming. Radiant heat is more quickly absorbed by a
dark body than by a light body,..." (De Jong 1996).
