>>>   Northern Virginia  -  easily 3 weeks ahead of schedule as it stands today.<><><><><>   1/2 way between Montgomery and Mobile, AlabamaHived my first swarm of the year yesterday.  Was about a 3# swarm.  Maple is past bloom and well into the seed stage.  There is a distinctive red color to the trees due to the red tinged wings on the seed pods.  All my colonies are well into the brooding up stage with the second brood cycle capped and soon to emerge. Mike in LA
