Is it not the EU that curiously define honey as coming ONLY from Apis 
Mellifera?   I hate to think how much time would be wasted by the EU 
defining what is organic honey.  And what "animal" it comes from.  Would 
it not be better to look from the other perspective and let buyer beware 
but punish those who utter false description.
