Lecithin granules are easily dissolved in water and added to the
homemade HBH recipe as follows.

Add lecithin granules to one cup of hot water in a quart jar and
shake vigorously until the lecithin granules are dissolved.

Bring the remaining 4 cups of water to a boil, add the sugar and stir
until the sugar is dissolved. Once the sugar is dissolved, remove
the mixture from the heat and add the lecithin solution stirring
throughly. Add the essential oils. Stir until all ingredients are
evenly distributed.
