Why are folks convince that there is a pollinator deficit that must be remedied with non-native bees?

Good point Peter. I have seen studies showed that a plant should have 5 seeds in a pod. However, it only contains 3 seeds/ pod. Would this reduced number of seeds caused by pollinator's deficiency? What about impacts of weather, plant nutrition, plant variety, other plant competitions, etc. Even if there is enough pollinators but weather is not suitable for activities, would not this cause pollination deficit?
This is a subject for another day to be discussed.
