It goes on top,  before you pull the super.  Don't stack them and then try
to clear them.   Open it up put on the fume board and wiat 5 minutes.
Direct sun will clear 2/3 broodless supers.  Cloudy days I find it's a one
at a time deal   I have 4 on a pallet,  so by the time I get around the
pallet its time to start pulling.
