Yes, when contemplating suicide by drinking a pesticide, one should always
read the label thoroughly.  Many suicide attempts by farmers in India are
now unsuccessful due to their drinking a neonic, which doesn't do the job.

As far as bees are concerned, I'd sure like to see EPA require testing of
the formulation (rather than the active ingredient alone) as does Canada.
I've spoken with a risk assessor of EPA, who says that they did require
formulation data for Roundup with regard to bee toxicity.
