OA dribbling requires no special gear and the hive does not have to be sealed to contain the vapors.  The operator does not risk inhaling the OA vapors either.  I have heard many people have gone from OA sublimation to dribbling.  I imagine dribbling is quicker - I have not seen or tried sublimation.
