Maybe not in your court but in France, Italy and Germany the verdict was
thumbs down!

By court you mean the PR work of the chemical giant? You think the issue 
will be resolved in a fancy hotel over tea and crumpets? Talk and PR has not 
resolved the issue yet. IMD is making the company billions of dollars.

Most of the *evidence* you speak of being presented by said chem company is 
disputed by many researchers around the world.

Said chem company tried the same tactic in the above countries. Hopefully
your *court* will come up with a solution to the issue. The *courts* held in
the above countries went thumbs down.

And like Europe the roar will get louder.

Hopefully old friend we can agree to disagree on the issue. I really do wish 
you the best of luck in your *court*. if successful we will send you guys to 
Afghanistan to work out a solution with the Taliban.
