I have a two-basket extractor in which I place four
super frames for extracting. Since the extractor is a
manual hand crank version and came with no
instructions, I do not know at how many RPM
(revolutions per minute) I should be cranking it.

Is there a recommended RPM that will not damage the
comb or foundation?
