Do the work outdoors in a fireproof area and assume the worst thing you 
can imagine because it will given enough time.

Bee operations burn down every year from wax fires.  It seems people 
never learn.

I know of one guy who burnt down twice, and not just some Mickey-Mouse 
operation, but large, modern buildings.
