Greetings Bee-L members,
 
I'm a new beekeeper but I'm also a homebrewer.  I received an unsolicited 
question regarding buying honey from someone who appears to be writing from
Kuwait from another Digest I'm subscribed to.  He's sent the message
directly to me and I'd like to give him a answer.  Since, I'm not sure how
to answer him, would anyone here please try to for me?  Here is his

hi,
      I'm about to make a deal for a quite some of honey which was
stored in durms for some time , and I akin that it seemed to be OXIDASE
, i.e. the honey has a bit strong flavor ; my question is of  two parts:
 
1) Is there any way to restore the natural flavor of the honey ? 2) Does
 
this oxidase honey is good to be feed to the bees?
