Dear Juanse,

Heh, heh.  You are right...no honey in the sugar cookies.   Here is a honey cookie recipe that I haven't tried yet, but the reviewers liked:

I will try these for a Developmental Biology exam my students have to take next Monday. I always bake something for them.  We'll see how they like these.  One of them, a Columbian student, loves my comb honey and I have given her a piece every year since she arrived at college three years ago.  Her uncle keeps bees in the mountains of Columbia.
