Hi Bob and all

Most manufacturers will install large enough motors with a safety
margin so that their machines get past the warranty period without
claims. In addition to Bob's advice on heavier wiring, I would
suggest running your motors at 240V instead of 120V as the current is
half. Many motors are designed for use at either voltage by changing
connections in the motor. The wiring in the building can be reused
at the higher voltage by having an electrician install a 2 pole
breaker in your panel and reconnecting the conductors.
