Hi all,
 
The BWEP in west Tennessee started yesterday.  How do I know?  I say
the planes flying and spraying.  The BWEP swore up and down that they
would call me when they started spraying.  Well they did not!!  Also
they said that they would only spray early in the morning or late in
the afternoon.  Well that they must be in a different time zone then
me for the spraying was going on at 2:00 in the afternoon.  If you
are a government employee who is living off the work of others I
guess 2PM is late.  I am going down to their office this morning and
complain.  Fat chance it will do any good.
