is so new that there probably isn't much information on this.<<<
 
There is rarely anything new in beekeeping.  Plastic bag feeders were
introduced to my part of the world at least twenty five years ago by our
County Instructor but in the main beekeepers were reluctant to change and
this method never took on. I have a vague recollection the method came from
Israel but I may be wrong. Sid P.
