Thanks David,

The reason I asked was that we're getting good results with OA/gly on
strips, and with dribble that only initially touches a small proportion of
the bees--indicating that the OA crystals can be transferred from bee to
bee and kill mites.

Thus it was not an idle question to ask whether anyone had actually tested
to see (purely for scientific interest) whether installing a package of
bees on a box of combs freshly treated by oxalic vaporization might
actually show some degree of efficacy by being transferred to the bees (and
the mites) prior to the first brood being sealed.

Anyone with a vaporizer want to run a quick test?  Mite counts by alcohol
wash at installation, and then 7 days later.
