I keep sheep, horses, poultry and bees all on the same six acres. The bees are
in three places of
between 10 & 15 hives, the horses rarely get stung, they are kept back six foot
from the hives by
an electric wire, the sheep can walk under the wire and graze along the front
of the hives, They
get buzzed rather than stung and that is when they itch themselves against the
hives. The bees
are neither bad tempered nor good tempered. The animals are like us, they learn
or they don't.
