Hi All

We may argue about the mathematics of pollination but in my view, few would disagree with the proposition that we have a problem.

We have used chemicals to give us an apparent advantage in dealing with what we foolishly perceived as pests, and now we are reaping the bitter harvest (if you will pardon me mixing my metaphors!).

But we continue to argue, as did the Tobacco Companies, even when it was obvious to all that tobacco causes cancer and other fatal diseases.

Why do we not just admit that once again, humans have made a mess of it. And then do what we can to fix it if we can.

You see we are a bit like the ancient Egyptians who are given a television set. They had the technology to break it but lacked the technology to fix it.

Sincerely
Tom Barrett
