In Worcester County Massachusetts a friend received a shipment of over 100
3# packages in April and allin good condition. It just about filled the
little post office where he lives and it all went well. They had been advised
and were ready.
The important thing is that the colonies were locked together and about 6
inches apart on wooden strips. No way that you cut off air. It is important
that the shipper,
the Postal Service and the receiver keep in good communication and that all
take reasonable precautions.
