Thanks for this update, Bil.  Her decision is justified by a
recently-release study.  I find odd the statement (translated) "She admits
that "in terms of current agricultural practices", the exposure of bees to
thiamethoxam residues via nectar rape "is less than the dose used in the
experiment", but believes that exposure to this dose " can not be totally
excluded in particular circumstances ".


So although the study did not use field-relevant doses, the Minister is
proposing withdrawal of the product.  I find that to be a poor application
of the science.
