Oh.   Unfortunately it's even worse than that.  When I think pollination,
I think *bumble bees*.   Sorry!  It's because a) I'm trying to study them
and b) our garden here seems to be pollinated OK with hardly any Apis.

          Nice to be appreciated, but don't forget your melons, cukes, apples,
         almonds, and lots of other things the bees give us.
 
          When we bee folks are stuck in honey grooves, is it surprising that th
        general public, and often even farmers, think we are irrelevant?
 
        PS:  My French is rusty (never was much good in France, anyway) what's L
        Reine de la Cite' des Phoques  ....  The queen of the city of ??
