Yes we uncap and extract some combs that have been before in frood area and 
therefore contain pollen in cells. 

And the resulting honey has much more pollen when processed through mixinng + 
wax separator than the honey uncapped with the same machine and wax removed by 
settling and/ or filtering through a net
