My two Russian hybrids, one in a TBH and the other in a Lang Long hive have both moved laterally quite well this winter. We've had temps in the single numbers [F]. They are both still alive with good stores. I believe they could survive some pretty cold weather right now. Hives are not wraped but do have 1" Styrofoam on the top to stop condensation.
