Kirk,
Virgin queen introduction done right should get closer to 95% acceptance, but to do this you don't use rollers, you use 3dram bottles and a simple cheap chicken incubator. This way you don't have the smell of the workers to drop your acceptance level.The incubator also allows for culling to get rid of queens with deformities or not up to standards wanted in body uniformity, and attention to race/strain details.
