I remember when Richard Adee was running 500 hives while in college.

Word is the Adee's are considering quiting.
 
( I am serious and  common knowledge in commercial circles)

Sad.

Sadly I can not share what is being discussed privately on a worldwide public forum.

To use the 40,000 hive scenario Bill spoke of from 2008 replacement with package bees at say $50 a package (if available) would cost 2 million dollars.

Package bees in the Midwest (California to Drapers $90 for 50 $88 for 100 & up)

 A couple million anti is a high stakes poker game.
