Juanse, there are difficulties in getting the oils into solution in syrup.
That is why the lab encapsulated them in starch.  I have worked with some of
the encapsulated thymol and carvacrol, and they dissolve fairly well.  You
may wish to add an emulsifier such as lecithin, or to dissolve them in
vegetable oil to add to protein patties.
