Lost the original postings on this.  See www.uline.com, search item number S-744.  I tested  many samples of size and mil thickness. Would recommend a 4ml bag vs 2 ml. The 6 ml is not needed  Single sealing strip is adequate if only half full, an 8 L  12*15inch bag  will hold 4L well, costs twice as much as a 4L bag holding 2 L but saves a trip. Attach a tube to the pour valve, hold it in one corner, close the bag seam up to it, fill bag, and when half full, hold both top corners and push/ squat the bag down so as to burp the air out, then seal rest of way. This makes a thin bag. Stack them seam up in a plastic tub, some of the rubbermaid ones are the right width and will sit many along its length. 
I did test the microperforated vegetable bags, they drip  too much. 
It is work but great for emergency feeding even a great number or as Bob concluded, where its hard to haul in all the regular equipment
