So why is it listed in Table 2 of the EPA document you linked to Paul?
It is called "Summary of Directions for Use of Clothianidin Seed
Treatments" .
Perhaps it is another Bayer clothianidin product.
The table calls the product approved (under the column " formulation") for
lettuce:
56.25 percent WP [264-XXX].
Look on page 19.
