Agreed. And of course there are successful beekeepers out there, such as your clandestine friend. But, AFAIK, there is not more land.


My bees are in the St. Lawrence Seaway area, not in Ithaca. Here in the northern part of the state, we have a glut of summer beekeeper "visitors"...all successful too, no doubt.
