I have a single hive, and hornets have moved in in significant numbers.
I would have expected the bees to have "balled" the first hornets to
death, but apparently they failed. The hornets do not appear to be carrying
bees away, but I shudder to think what they may be doing inside the
hive.

Does anyone have experience with this problem?
