During any of your Bee Wellness Workshops how many cases of AFB did you hear about from the participants? Maybe cases of AFB are down because of varroa/virus. Not that there is any real data to back up a claim like that. As flawed as the Apiary Inspection Program may have been, at least when there was a full compliment of Inspectors there was a decent amount of data generated.
