I knew Richard reasonably well.  He told me that the booklet was an exact
copy of the similar chapter in his *How To Do It Book of Beekeeping.*  (I
have never compared the two, but I have no reason to question his
statement.)

If you have a copy of the How To Do It book I think it will solve your
problem.

There were literally tens of thousands of the booklet printed, but I have
no idea where you might buy one now.
