Sorry for my late answer, Randy, more grandfather than beekeeper those days ...

The company is not very clear about its products.
For Hive Clean, one can read: water, saccharose, citric acid, oxalic acid, formic acid, essential oils.
For Varromed: VarroMed contains the active substances oxalic acid dihydrate and formic acid.
No further details (no relationships, no concentrations, ...).
My own experience: Hive Clean works well (not cheap!).
