Something to think about -  An interesting app would be to  ascertain if there was such solar activity on specified date or date range (along with the start time and duration) for a specified location so you could determine if the bees were foraging or flying during the severe solar activity (time of day,  was it morning or night,  was it in the dead of winter at 10 below,  was in raining, etc).    

It might help explain some dwindling which may be currently targeted on neonics, planter dust, harvest dust.

I am sure the data is available, but I have not looked for it, nor would I have the time to put it in a form which could be used to answer the above questions.
