"I don't perform bee sting therapy on others but you may ask your visitors
to sign a standard agreement stating their consent to your stinging and
releasing you from any liability."

You can't always sign away negligence--otherwise doctors wouldn't need
malpractice insurance and no one would need liability insurance. In fact,
some states do not enforce liability waivers at all. (No, I'm not an
attorney, not do I portray one on TV).
