Really the honey cost is an opportunity cost.  If the comb had  already 
been drawn out then the bees would not have to expend energy ( the 8.4  pounds 
of honey /pound of wax) to draw out the comb.  You would make an  extra 
super of honey rather than drawing out the comb.
